Welcome to Keyflow Plumbing and Heating. By accessing or using our website www.keyflowph.com and booking our plumbing and heating services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

 

We offer professional plumbing and heating services including but not limited to:

  • Emergency plumbing repairs

  • Heating system servicing and repairs

  • Installations and replacements

  • Pipe inspections and diagnostics

  • General maintenance services

 

All services are subject to availability and assessment.

2. Quotes and Pricing
 

 

  • All quotes provided (verbally or in writing) are estimates based on the information provided and may be subject to change upon inspection.

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.

  • Emergency call-outs or out-of-hours services may incur additional charges.

3. Booking and Cancellations

 

  • Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or email.

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a charge.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts).

4. Payment Terms

 

  • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, and card (if applicable).

  • Late payments may incur interest and/or administration fees.

5. Warranties and Liability

 

  • All workmanship carried out by Keyflow Plumbing and Heating is covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date the work is completed.

  • This guarantee covers defects in workmanship only. If a fault arises due to how the work was done, we will return to repair it at no extra cost.

  • This guarantee does not cover:

    •  Faulty or defective materials (which may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty)

    •  Damage due to misuse, negligence, or tampering by others

    • Issues caused by normal wear and tear or unrelated system failures

    • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing faults or issues beyond our scope of work

    • Delays caused by third-party suppliers or factors beyond our control

6. Access and Customer Responsibilities

 

  • You must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.

  • The working area should be safe, accessible, and free from hazards.

  •  You must inform us of any known risks or issues (e.g., asbestos, poor wiring, water damage) before we begin work.

7. Website Use

 

  • The content on our website is for general information only.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any specific purpose.

  • Unauthorized use of this website may result in a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.
