5. Warranties and Liability

All workmanship carried out by Keyflow Plumbing and Heating is covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date the work is completed.

This guarantee covers defects in workmanship only. If a fault arises due to how the work was done, we will return to repair it at no extra cost.

Faulty or defective materials (which may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty)

Damage due to misuse, negligence, or tampering by others

Issues caused by normal wear and tear or unrelated system failures
